In mid-January, we ceremonially launched our commentary on the new Building Act at Prague’s CAMP.

Thank you to everyone who attended—for the great atmosphere, thoughtful questions, and a lively discussion about what the new legislation will bring in practice for municipalities, investors, designers, and building authorities.

We prepared the commentary with the aim of providing a clear and practical guide to help readers quickly navigate the new framework—whether they are dealing with the permitting of a family home, a residential development, or a public project.
