A study of a house in Central Bohemia

Over the years several outbuildings have been added to the original house. At first glance, their location and shape look chaotic and random, with no obvious connection. The connection between the individual volumes is being created by a path that runs through the entire plot. It takes us through the history of one family, which has over time added various extensions to the house according to their current needs. During spontaneous construction, several unused and neglected nooks and crannies were created between the extensions. The aim of the study is to better define, connect and unify these places so that the space gets a complete and unique character.
