Zoning plan of Dobřichovice approved!

We are very happy about the fact that after 9 long years the final form of the proposed zoning plan of Dobřichovice was approved. Spatial planning in the Czech Republic is extremely complicated, authorities are deeply undersized and the political culture is often unwilling. The search for agreement between all parties often take many years. The basic principles of the Dobřichovice zoning plan are the protection of the open landscape, development towards the inside of the city within the given borders, support and development of public spaces and the possibility of working in the place of residence. The zoning plan will take effect on July 10th, 2021.
