Public presentation of the OC Labe Modřany proposal

On the first day of December, we presented our urban design proposal for the currently neglected OC Labe area in Prague’s Modřany district.

The goal of the project is to create a compact, vibrant, and functional urban environment offering new housing, an active commercial ground floor, a standalone supermarket unit (Billa), and high-quality public spaces that reflect the needs of local residents.

The proposal is one of several variants that will be further discussed with the working group of the Prague 12 municipal district and with the public at a planning meeting. The project area is defined by Lhotecká, Mráčkova, Kutilova, and Mazancova streets and covers approximately 20,500 m².
