The construction of the 2nd stage of Smíchov City including CSHQ has started!

Today there is a huge construction site. In three years, however, you will not recognize the southern part of the area around the currently reconstructed Smíchovské nádraží. The second stage of the Smíchov City project, which is the largest urban project in Prague since the establishment of Vinohrady district, was launched with a press conference attended by representatives of the city, the developer, architects and the Minister of Transport. This stage will include not only the new headquarters of Česká spořitelna according to our design, but also, for example, a hotel, parks or a new school for 600 children.
