Our house in Střešovice obtained its final approval!

In Nad Hradním vodojemem street in Prague’s Střešovice, we designed an energy-efficient, air-conditioned apartment building with a spacious yard, terrace and garden. The three-story house ingeniously uses a challenging plot of land and, thanks to this, offers uniquely designed spaces. On the ground floor there is a guest room/study, a toilet and a corridor with a staircase made of solid oak wood. Upstairs there are two children’s rooms, a bathroom and a master bedroom. The top floor consists of a spacious living room connected to the kitchen, which, thanks to the large skylights, offers a beautiful view of the Ořechovka and Dejvice area. At the same time, access to the terrace and garden is possible from here.
