Public presentation of the 1st stage of development in Lichoceves

At the end of June, a public presentation of the 1st phase of the planned development took place in Lichoceves near Prague. Its author, Pavel Hnilička, was one of the presenters. The gradual development of the village is planned by a private investor, thanks to whom Lichoceves will finally receive the much-desired water supply and sewage system. Some positive changes are already visible here today. For example, the beautifully reconstructed local landmark – Mrázkova villa, the removal of a wreck and the cultivation of the village center or the reconstruction of a local farm.
